This morning, Lima will enchant you with two of the country’s finest museums. First, the Archaeological and Anthropological Museum will offer an immersive glimpse into Peru’s most iconic ancient cultures. Next, we’ll visit the Larco Museum, set in an 18th-century mansion built on a pre-Columbian pyramid. Inside, you’ll discover treasures displayed in world-renowned museums, as well as a unique collection of pre-Columbian erotic ceramics.

Next, at the Lady of Cao Complex, you’ll encounter the hauntingly preserved mummy of the Lady of Cao, a powerful Moche ruler believed to have held great spiritual and political influence.
